PITCH

Fate is controlled by the Moirai, three sister goddesses who hardly see eye to eye. Their last argument ended with Lachesis, goddess of Lifespan, leaving on the spot to go touring the world’s finest bars. Of course, the other two went searching for her, but in the meantime, they have no easy way to deal with mortals on the brink of death. Of course, the only solution is to take advantage of being in the bars their sister likes so much to decide their fate on an 8-pool table.

And so, Clotho, goddess of Birth, and her sister Atropos, goddess of Death, turn every aspect of these humans’ life into billiard balls to rewrite their future and their untimely end !

Call-Shot-Dead is a modular, procedural narrative game that dynamically creates a wealth of small stories on the basis of collisions between billiard balls. These collisions interweave the themes of each ball to generate a prophecy about the victim, which will be good or bad for them depending on the location of the collision on the billiard table. Call-Shot-Dead prides itself in its sandbox nature, colorful setting and absurd tone.
